The Municipal Court deals with every aspect of a moving violation , parking violation, or any petty disorderly person or disorderly person criminal complaint.
We are an independent branch of government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States and this State.
Court is held only on Mondays, except Holidays. We are currently conducting AM virtual and PM in-person court sessions on certain days, to schedule an appearance please call the office for more information. If you need assistance with an interpreter, please contact the court office so that we may be able to accommodate you.
