Bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 for the purchase of $6,177,000 Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2023 (the “Notes”) of the Borough of Middlesex, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey (the “Borough” or the “Issuer”). All bids will be received by the Borough’s municipal advisor, Phoenix Advisors, LLC (the “Municipal Advisor”), on behalf of the Borough on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 11:30 a.m., prevailing local time (“Sale Date”).
